Do I Need Sajda as-Sahw for Mistakes in Sunnah Actions?

Question: If I make a mistake concerning a recommended action in a nawafil (voluntary) prayer, do I have to perform sajda as-sahw?

Answer:
If you make a mistake in any prayer, by omitting a recommended action ( a sunnah), you do not have to perform sajda as-sahw (the prostration of forgetfulness).

Sajda as-sahw is required in prayers when:

You forget or skip a obligatory required step (like bowing or prostration), or you doubt the number of rak‘ahs performed.

However, in prayers, mistakes in recommended or Sunnah actions generally do not require sajda as-sahw.

Exception:
If you are praying Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, or Isha and you miss the first tashahhud, this is considered an emphasized Sunnah (Sunnah mu’akkadah), and sajda as-sahw is required in this case.. make infographic for this text. Dont forget to add a picture to my it engaging
